What it does
Made for landlords with a handful of properties, run by themselves or through an agent. Each landlord business is its own account, and its records are kept apart from everyone else's.
Properties and their mortgages
Each property with its purchase, deposit and current mortgage: lender, rate, term, monthly payment and when the fixed rate ends. A remortgage closes the old loan and keeps its history.
Tenants and tenancies
Who lives where, the rent, the deposit and the dates, with the letting agent and their fee terms against each property.
Certificates and renewals
Gas safety, EICR, EPC, deposit protection, smoke and CO alarms, right to rent, licensing and insurance, each with its due date and the certificate itself attached.
A reminder before anything falls due
An email arrives ahead of each renewal, including the end of a fixed-rate mortgage, while there is still time to act.
Rent and costs, by tax year
Record rent received with the agent's fee and any deductions, and every cost by category. The ledger runs 6 April to 5 April and exports to CSV for your accountant. It keeps the records; it does not calculate your tax.
Payment advices by email
Forward your letting agent's payment advice and it is read and recorded as rent. Anything that does not add up, or cannot be matched to a property, waits for you to check.
